Matteo and Ilona are an Italian-Japanese couple who decided to get married in Rome.

The villa chosen for their wedding was Villa Aurelia. Ilona, a charming girl from Japan, got ready in the center of Rome just a few steps from the Spanish Steps together with her bridesmaids, her mom and her mother-in-law. It was really touching for all of them to see her wearing her very elegant wedding dress-Ilona looked ravishing! Matteo, after also getting ready with his friends, was waiting for her in the music room on the second floor of Villa Aurelia for the first look.

The symbolic rite was held outdoors in one of the villa’s gardens.

Guests from different areas of the world were seated in the beautiful garden with flowers and petals adorning the ceremony site. Matthew entered with his two moms and Ilona with her dad. Accompanying him in this exciting moment were all their witnesses prepared to dedicate emotional words to him.

After the ceremony was over, we headed with Matthew and Ilona to take photos

We took advantage of the warm light of a late July afternoon, and it was beautiful to portray them among branches and light plays as evening fell.

The bride and groom then joined their guests at the aperitif in the Italian garden dancing and toasting in a party-filled atmosphere.

The dinner was held in the extraordinary lemon garden decorated with beautiful flowers. We were happy to be able to recount their wedding so full of love and to have given them precious timeless memories.
