Philippe and Maria are a couple of Lebanese descent who decided to marry in Rome because of their enormous love for this city.

They told us that they met during an airplane flight and have not been separated since that moment. Maria reached the Church in a wonderful Rolls-Royce after getting ready in a ‘hotel a few kilometers away, the Hotel Splendide Royal. Again, Maria selected one of the most sought-after and refined hotels in the city to feel pampered but at the same time allowed us to have a lighted and spacious photo set to work best during the preparation photos. A stone’s throw from Via Veneto, we were able to enhance the photos with the wedding dress in an environment with old-world charm but a contemporary twist.

Before choosing the church where they celebrated the religious rite, they made several inspections of the capital city

Their choice fell on the centrally located Santa Maria dell’Orto in Trastevere, a church that owes its name to a miracle that probably occurred in the late 15th century. It was also the national church of the Japanese in Rome until 2009 as well as the site of movie sets for many films.

After leaving the church, we headed to the wonderful setting of Villa Aurelia where the reception was held.

Villa Aurelia, located on the highest point of the Janiculum Hill enjoys wonderful views of the city. We took advantage of the sumptuous interior rooms enhanced by the beautiful ceilings for some couple photos. Maria and Philippe were carried away by the intimate setting, allowing us to create an elegant photo shoot full of spontaneous moments.

The bride and groom then joined their guests at the aperitif in the Italian garden dancing and toasting in a party-filled atmosphere.

The dinner was held in the extraordinary lemon garden decorated with beautiful flowers. We were happy to be able to recount their wedding so full of love and to have given them precious timeless memories.
