Federico and Maria Vittoria are an Italian couple who chose to get married in Rome at the church of S. Antonio dei Portoghesi in the heart of the Campo Marzio district.

Maria Vittoria Paolillo, jewelry designer and well-known influencer got ready in her native home and wore a Mikado dress created for her byAtelier Emè for the occasion. Federico, who is originally from Milan, got ready with his friends at a downtown hotel.

St. Anthony of the Portuguese was decorated with flowers in shades of white and green and with candles that made it even more sumptuous.

The Church of St. Anthony in Campo Marzio, also known as the Church of St. Anthony of the Portuguese, is a Catholic place of worship in the historic center of Rome. Located in the heart of the Campo Marzio district, near the ancient Osteria dell’Orso, it is the national church of the Portuguese community in Rome. After the rice throwing, we headed to the Pincio terrace for some couple photos.

The location chosen for the reception was the Cardinal’s Gallery, located inside Palazzo Colonna.

Upon arrival at the hall, we were left speechless: the setup created by set designer Andrea Riccio for the occasion was a marvel! In fact, Maria Vittoria chose to bring back to the interior of her wedding (in the place cards, the tableaux, their initials) the hexagonal shapes that are what distinguish her jewelry. After Federico’s moving speech, the multi-tiered wedding cake, also strictly hexagonal, was served. After the cake was cut, the party began with dancing until late into the night. It was a source of pride for us to see our photos published in major fashion and news magazines (Vanity Fair, Vogue, Elle).
