The Castle of Bracciano is a castle in the Italian municipality of Bracciano dating back to the 15th century. Consisting of three outer walls, it has five towers, one at each vertex of the outer fortification. It was built after 1470 by Napoleone Orsini probably with the collaboration of Sistine workers. The castle belonged to Braccio da Montone (Casata Bracci) at the request of the pope (for political reasons) was donated to his subordinate Captain Orsini. Evidence of this is the coat of arms of the commune an arm holding a rose (one of the symbols of the Orsini). Napoleon’s brother (Cardinal Latino Orsini) was the chamberlain of Pope Sixtus IV in the very years when the Sistine Chapel and Bracciano Castle were being built almost simultaneously. Today it is owned by the Odescalchi, a family that took over the Duchy of Bracciano from the Orsini in the late 17th century. Valerio and Cristina prepared inside the rooms of the castle.
Cristina after taking a few portraits in the court walked with her brother to the ceremony. The ceremony was very atmospheric with several friends who were willing to contribute exciting stories.
After the greetings, the guests went to the enchanting secret garden, and we went to take photos with the bride and groom in the castle.
The cake was cut in the court with perfect lighting that emphasized this moment. In the finale The groom DJ opened the disco by mixing 90′ and current music perfectly, strobe lights set the mood for the party.
