Same Sex wedding in Sicily: Gay ceremony in Italy
Vincenzo and Gino got married in Sicily, at Casa delle Terre Forti nearby Aci Castello. We left Rome and arrived there a day earlier to take photos of the ambient and the pre-wedding photo service that the couple had fixed with us. Sicily is known to have incredible places and every time we are fascinated by it. We met them and shortly after we started the photo shoot walking through the town of Aci Castello reaching the sea where the dark rock was the protagonist. The horizon with the Castle was wonderful and they were full of understanding looks and love. The next day we joined them in locations where their preparation began. Details, colors, letters. They shared all this together, united from the beginning. The civil ceremony, set up in a garden of palm trees with lemons and orchids, was ready. The guests were all already seated and waiting: the first to enter were the girls with their small bouquets of flowers and crowns, followed by Vincenzo with his mother and Gino with his parents. After the ritual and a few readings we got ready for the throwing of the petals. Shortly after we were around the location with the couple taking advantage of all its magnificent natural corners. From the green of the plants, the blue of the sea to the pink of the sky we were immersed in the colors. Gino and Vincenzo joined their guests entertained by the waders and dancers in the pool zone for the aperitif. The atmosphere was truly festive. The dinner was served in the internal rooms and to welcome and guide them to the various tables, the guests found several surprises: a display with times and destinations as tableaux and a boarding pass like a placeholder! After cutting the cake in the pool area, we went back inside for the dances where everyone was able to go wild until late at night.
