For us wedding photographers, the choice of the wedding dress is a very important “detail” of the wedding. The veil, the tail of the dress, the fabric are all variables that can make more beautiful the image of a bride and create a more spectacular, elegant photograph. The offer nowadays is so vast and every year is enriched by the new collections of established brands and the proposals created by the newly born brands.
The web search is undoubtedly a very effective tool to venture among the countless models. We know that every woman dreams to wear her own wedding dress and, from our experience as photographers, it is one of the steps following only the choice of the place for the ceremony and reception. What we can suggest for the choice from our point of view as photographers is the search for a personal “style” that fits the other elements of the wedding.
If the web is an excellent ally in the initial phase of the choice, rehearsals in the atelier are essential to have the right overview in the next phases for the creation of the wedding dress.
