Marco and Martina are a Roman couple who chose to get married on the Lazio coast in the elegant Hotel La Posta Vecchia. After both getting ready in their parents’ homes in Rome with their loved ones, they went to the church they had chosen to celebrate their wedding: the Basilica of San Giorgio in Velabro. The floral decoration, all in white and green, wonderfully enhanced the simple and Romanesque style of the church. The priest was the first to welcome Marco, who was very excited about the arrival of Martina who joined him at the altar arm in arm with her father. After the mass, the newlyweds were greeted by the throwing of petals by all their guests. We then moved to the Posta Vecchia for the reception. Marco and Martina had prepared straw hats for their guests to wear to protect themselves from the sun. The newlyweds then followed us for the photo shoot that we carried out in the perimeter of the beautiful Hotel where at a certain point we were joined by their inseparable four-legged friend! The late July light was incredible and from the top of the shot La Posta Vecchia and the nearby Castelo di Paolo stood out on the long Lazio coastline. Dinner was served outside on three parallel imperial tables. The floral arrangement was curated by flower designer Andrea Patrizi who chose to place several candelabras above the tables supported by stems of ivy leaves: it seemed like magic! Gold, green and white were the colors chosen by the couple. After the aperitif on the terrace by the sea, the guests took their seats. During dinner they were entertained by a band that accompanied them until late at night. The cutting of the cake and the fireworks gave way to the couple’s first dance and Martina’s dance with her dad. Then the real party began: Martina changed her dress to be more comfortable in the dances and bizarre disguises appeared among their young friends!
